Summer BIRTHFIT Fitness Classes

Every Tuesday and Thursday at CrossFit 285 in Smyrna Ga 9:30 am- 11 am

Join BIRTHFIT Certified coach Amber Hopeman for classes that are designed to help you TRAIN for BIRTH, and RECOVER POSTPARTUM.

BIRTHFIT incorporates our 4 pillars of Fitness, Nutrition, Mindset and Connection into everything we do!

In regards to Fitness, our goal is to functionally train throughout the Motherhood Transition in all planes of motion to develop competencies and physical skills as well as enhance the main metabolic pathways.

No previous CrossFit or fitness experience required!

The principles of breath, movement, core strengthening and awakening is applicable to all, regardless of gender or child bearing status. Pregnant women, men and teens - everyone is welcome!

Breath and Flow is a 45 minute class with BIRTHFIT Coach Dr. Ashley Harper designed to bring awareness to breath and the power it has to connect us to ourselves. Movement happens through functional progressions designed to reconnect us with our developmental movement patterns. These movements strengthen our core and pelvic floor, help us heal postpartum, create better posture, and release stress.

Breath and Flow is designed to be taken as 4 classes over 4 weeks.

In this 8-session group training series, you will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, & enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life tasks. Come prepared to move, sweat, & connect with other new mamas. Non-mobile babies welcome.

CONNECTION is one of the BIRTHFIT Pillars...and it's not just a box that we check after our series have ended. We'd love to catch up will all of our BF Tribe before the year ends. Join us for a walk along the Chattahoochee! (3 mile loop trail) Bring the kiddos (or not) and we'll walk and talk, and reconnect. And hopefully by December we'll have nice cool fall weather!!
